BELGRADE – The sale of apartments in two residential towers within the Belgrade on Water project will start tomorrow in the “Belgrade Waterfront” Gallery, according to the principle of registration of those interested in buying, when the price per square meter should be known.

Although the exact price of a square meter should be officially known tomorrow, the website www.belgradewaterfront.com states the dynamics of payment, according to which it is necessary to pay 10 percent of the down payment after signing the sales contract.

After the completion of the works on the piles, the second installment of 10 percent is paid, when the works are completed to the level of zero, the third installment of 15 percent, after the completion of the construction up to 10 floors, the fourth installment of 15 percent, and after the completion of the building, the fifth installment of 15 percent.

After the glazing of the building, the sixth installment of 15 percent is paid, and after the technical inspection of the building, the seventh installment of 20 percent.

On Sunday, September 27, the Prime Minister of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, and the director of IGL Hills, Muhamed Alabar, laid the foundation stone for the construction of two residential towers.

The two residential towers will have 296 apartments, ie about 60,000 square meters, and we offer one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom apartments of various designs and contents.

According to the words of the mayor Siniša Mali, more than 6,500 buyers have already applied for apartments, and the deadline for the completion of the tower is two and a half years.

Two residential towers will be built by “Energoprojekt”, and so far contracts have been signed with domestic companies “Novko”, for the installation of piles, “PMC”, which is in charge of cleaning the terrain, and with Mashinoprojekt, which is working on designing the towers.

The apartments will have large terraces, gardens and a view of the Sava River and the promenade, and the modern design and many contents emphasize the urban and inspiring lifestyle that the complex offers, the Belgrade on Water company announced earlier.

A wide range of facilities includes roof gardens, a children’s playground and a swimming pool, an indoor pool with changing rooms, a space for yoga, relaxation and sports activities, as well as a spacious roof terrace that offers numerous opportunities to future apartment owners.

The complex will also consist of a promenade along the Sava, which, in addition to space for rest, walks and other activities, will also be intended for retail and service facilities within the complex.

The plateau in front of the buildings was reportedly designed to represent “a masterpiece of architecture harmonized with the environment and spacious green areas along the river”.

“We are very excited about the start of sales of the first housing units within the Belgrade Waterfront project. The start of sales is a significant step in the project and provides everyone, including investors from around the world, the opportunity to be part of this extraordinary city center,” said the company’s CEO. Belgrade on the water Nikola Nedeljkovic.
